Joseph Pautz is the President of Wyoming Capital Access. He started working at WCA in 2025. Prior to joining WCA he worked in Civil Law Enforcement at the U.S. Department of Treasury and has a Bachelor’s degree in Management and a Master of Business Administration.
Joseph lives in Douglas with his wife and daughter and actively volunteers in several community organizations.

Sandra Materi
Vice President
Sandra Materi is Vice President of Wyoming Capital Access. She started working at WCA in 2004. Her responsibilities include loan origination and servicing for SBA 504 and direct loans. Sandra worked in banking prior to WCA and has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Wyoming.
She lives in Casper and actively volunteers for various nonprofit organizations in the area.

Tricia Ray
Office Manager
Tricia Ray is the Office Manager at WCA and manages the daily office operations as well as assisting with the SBA 504 and Direct loan process, including application and servicing. She has over 5 years of experience with QuickBooks and maintains the company financials.
Tricia enjoys being a part of helping Wyoming small businesses grow. Tricia lives in Casper with her husband.
